About Lose Weight Camp

Sharing this information on how to lose weight started off as a way for me  to understand my thougts and feelings while constantly being challenged with maintaining my weight.  Have you ever started gaining weight when you are still following the program that helped you lose weight?  What did you do?

Constantly learning new strategies has allowed me to better understand my weight swings and what needs to be done to maintain between 200-215 lbs.    That’s about 15 pounds more than my doctor recommends, so the push is on to move down to the 190 range.

I’ve found that when I’m constantly on the go, the program works fine but when I’m stuck in the office behind a desk for long periods of time, well what can I say?  A decrease in calories and physical activities have produced totally different results in weight loss.

The computer between my ears and me not sticking to the meal plans often bring sighs of despair when getting off the scales.

I can only laugh and promise to do better because I understand that until I’m consistently giving 120% effort to losing weight and working out …. the weight fluctuations will be a part of my life.

Can you say the same about your weight?  What’s your reason for wanting to lose weight?  Can you share your thoughts and make the necessary changes?
